How do I track my order?


We will share air waybill no with you after collection is completed so you can use the tracking number to track the status of your order.




What are your delivery options?


All orders will be delivered according to DAP ( Delievery at Place ) Incoterms 2020. We are responsible for the delivery of the goods including transport costs to the named destination provided by you. In the meantime, you are responsible for paying import duties and any applicable taxes, including clearance and local taxes, once the shipment has arrived at the specified destination.




How can I contact your couriers?


The courier name will be provided to you after collection is completed. You can call customer service number in your country to ask your shipping questions.




What will happen when I received a different product than what I ordered?


Please contact us directly at info@anatoligifts.com with a picture of the item you have.




Is it possible to change the delivery address after the order has been shipped out?


Unfortunately, we can not change the shipment details once the item is on the way.
