Shipping & Returns
Orders will be shipped within 7 working days, following the payment process is succeed. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Local/Public Holidays.
A complete and correct delivery address is essential. If your order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, we will ask you to correct the information and the order will be re-shipped at an additional shipping cost approved and paid by you.
All orders will be shipped according to DAP ( Delivery at Place ) Incoterms 2020.
We are responsible for the delivery of the goods including transport costs to the named destination provided
by you. In the meantime, you are responsible for paying import duties and any applicable taxes, including
clearance and local taxes, once the shipment has arrived at the specified destination.
Anatoli Gifts offers both air freight and road freight service and have right to choose any of them to
keep the freight cost reasonable. If air freight service is used, we will share with you our courier tracking
number for your reference. If road freight service is used, we keep you informed the status of the delivery by email
for your reference.

Return & Exchange Policy
ANATOLI GIFTS, online gift shop, would like to hear that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. In case that you are not happy with your purchase, return the items in originally delivered condition within 15 days of receipt of them for full refund excluding original shipping cost. Please make sure that you insure the items for return shipment, as you will be responsible for any loss or damage that occurs in transit.

Any orders returned after 15 days are not entitled to any refund.
The refund is processed the same as original method of payment.

The return package is inspected and approved. Depending on return package condition, we reserve the right to refuse full refund.
If the item is faulty or damaged in shipping, a refund is applicable when you provide the freight company
receipt with the notice of defect at time of delivery and we will collect the faulty/damaged item with our
responsibility. You or any person receives the package must list what damage seems like on the receipt. The
receipt ( named as POD Proof of Delivery or CMR Convention Marchandise Routier) will help us for claim
against the freight company. Signing the receipt without giving any notice of defect means that the item is
delivered and accepted in good condition. Later on, any claim against Anatoli Gifts is not applicable due to
